Pictured here is what is known as a "song theow." A "song theow" is a truck with a roof over the bed. In the bed there are two benches (hence the name...song=two, theow=bench). It costs between 7 and 9 baht per person to take one of these trucks to where you want to go. There are three different routes in the area where we live in Lopburi. Pictured here is the blue song-theow #1. This one goes past our soy (street).
